ViaQuest Home Care is proud to announce our recent partnership with Havencrest. This partnership will allow for an easy transition from the hospital to Havencrest’s skilled nursing rehabilitation facility, and if necessary, once at home ViaQuest Home Care, or any home care provider of the patient’s choosing, can provide seamless home care services, eliminating any unnecessary stress for the patient. ViaQuest Home Care ensures safe transfer of patients from the facility to their homes, and continues to provide in-home care to meet patient needs.
As part of our new partnership, we’re excited to support Havencrest’s Pre-Operative/Post-Operative Total Knee and Hip Replacement Program. Twice a month you can join the staff at Havencrest to learn how knee and hip replacements can benefit your life. Health professionals are available to answer all of your questions about risks, preparation and what to expect throughout this journey. Havencrest offers participants the opportunity to pre-register for a bed within their facility if your physician feels you may require skilled nursing rehabilitation post surgery.
